Corrosive water, caused by a number of factors ranging from high or low pH to variable mineral content to waste water applications, and when producers add crop protection chemicals or soil amendment products to their irrigation water, can weaken and deteriorate standard galvanized pipe, leading to premature failure. It is observed that galvanized products are damaged and pipe life is shortened significantly in cases where the water source is caused by corrosion.

Water quality is beginning to change, which is affecting the life of center pivot irrigation machines. Irritech polylined pipes can protect your center pivot irrigation spans from corrosive water and increase the life of your machine.

With 3mm thick high quality Polyethylene placed inside the irrigation pipes covered with hot dip galvanized with a special technique, the pipes have been used for a longer time. Chemicals used for chemical fertilization or plant protection purposes, especially with irrigation water, cause serious wear and damage in pipes. Thanks to Irritech Polypipe, galvanized and polyethylene coated pipes in irrigation systems are extra long-lasting.

Irritech manufacturing process on Polyline pipe with interference fit, PE out diameter 164mm & steel pipe inner diameter 162mm,

greatly increases the friction between the poly liner and the steel pipeline to reduce any lateral movement caused by temperature fluctuations inside the pipe.

This process also reduces the lateral stress on the pipe outlets, which can cause leaking. SS outlets and PE outlets, female or male NPT are both available!
